Refund policy

At Pretty Peninsular Design Co LLC, we take pride in handcrafting our items. Due to the made-to-order nature of our apparel and drinkware, we do not accept returns on these items. We do, however, offer returns and exchanges on non-custom jewelry orders.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery, providing a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Return Procedure

Please do not return items to the address on the packing slip without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will incur a fee deducted from your refund. Holiday returns made without approval will be returned to you. Refused shipments for final sale items will incur a 50% fee, resulting in only a partial refund.

Approved Returns

For approved returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees. If a return label is requested, the cost will be deducted from your refund. A 15% repackaging fee will also apply.

Broken Mugs or Glassware

Despite careful packaging, breakage can occur. We will replace any items damaged in transit. Notify us within 7 days of delivery, including images of the damage. Refunds are not provided for damaged items, only replacements.

Printing Errors or Damaged Items

If you receive a product with printing errors or damage, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will inspect the errors and send a replacement as soon as possible. Refunds are not provided for damaged items, only replacements.

Incorrect Item Received

For exchanges due to incorrect items, contact us within 7-15 days of delivery. Email us at prettypeninsular@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. Do not return items without prior approval.

Shipping Costs

For approved returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping fees. If a return label is requested, the cost will be deducted from the refund. For exchanges, we will send a shipping invoice to be completed before sending the new item.
